Most vodka starts with grain or corn—cheap, easy, and everywhere. It gets filtered, re-filtered, and dressed up, but you can still taste what’s left behind.
Blithe does it differently. We start with organic sugarcane—the cleanest source there is. No shortcuts, no masking, no extra noise. Just a smoother, cleaner vodka that actually tastes like it should.
Our organic sugarcane is farmed without synthetic chemicals—keeping soil alive, water cleaner, and ecosystems intact. Better for the land, better for what’s in your glass.
We run it through organic charcoal—light, precise, and just enough to clean it up without stripping it down. No over-processing, no chasing “ultra” for the label.
What’s left is exactly what you want: smooth, clean, and unapologetically pure.
Blithe stands on organic sourcing, elevated production, and a texture bartenders actually respect—built for cocktails that hit with depth and balance. Nose: Clean, rich, and just a little indulgent—soft vanilla up front with a subtle hit of spice.
Palate: Smooth doesn’t even cover it. Silky, full-bodied, and balanced with a low-key kick of spice and black pepper.

We’re still 40% ABV—same as the rest. The difference is what goes into it. Blithe is USDA-certified organic, made with higher standards and zero shortcuts. So while the strength stays the same, everything else hits cleaner.

Featured Cocktails

The Mint Condition
- Add 6–8 lightly slapped mint leaves, ¾ oz lime juice, and ½ oz honey syrup to a julep or rocks glass.
- Fill halfway with crushed ice, pour in 2 oz Blithe Vodka, and churn.
- Top with more crushed ice and 2 oz coconut water (optional: add ½ oz cucumber juice or club soda).
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and cucumber ribbon.
The Pepino Rico
- Add 3 oz Blithe Vodka, ½ oz cucumber water, and 1 cucumber slice to a shaker or mixing glass (don’t muddle).
- Shake or stir, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Midnight Horchata
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, 3 oz horchata, ½ oz cold brew concentrate, ½ oz vanilla syrup, a pinch of cinnamon, and a micro pinch of sea salt to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until creamy and frothy, then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass or serve up in a coupe.
- Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
Citrus Hugo Vodka Spirtz
- Add ice, 1.5 oz Blithe Vodka, ¾ oz elderflower liqueur, and ¾ oz lime juice to a large wine glass; stir.
- Top with ~2 oz prosecco and 1–2 oz soda water (optional: ¼ oz simple syrup to sweeten).
- Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, and edible flower.
The Vesper
- shake: 3 oz gin + 1 oz Blithe Vodka + ½ oz Lillet Blanc with ice
- strain into the chilled glass
- finish with a lemon peel or twist
Hot+Dirty Martini
- remove 1 cup out of a 750ml bottle of Blithe Vodka
- add ½ cup each of olive brine and dry vermouth
- add 1+ Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce
- throw it in the freezer or shake with iced then serve chilled
Watermelon Vodka Spritz
- Shake the 2 oz Blithe Vodka, 3 oz watermelon juice, and 1 oz lime juice with ice
- Strain into a glass filled with ice
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with lime and/or watermelon wedge
"Skip-n-Go-Naked"
- In a pitcher, mix 1 can frozen limeade and 12 oz Blithe Vodka until combined.
- Add ice and 6 cans beer, stir gently, and serve.
Matcha Vodka Sour
- In a shaker, dissolve 1 tsp matcha powder with ½ oz simple syrup and a splash of warm water.
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, ¾ oz lime juice, and ice; shake hard.
- Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
Matcha Vodka Sour
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, 4 oz carrot juice, ½ oz lemon juice, ½ oz pickle juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire, and 1 dash hot sauce to a glass with ice.
- Stir, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
The Steve Martini
- Muddle 3–4 blueberries in a shaker, then add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, ½ oz lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, and ice; shake well.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 1–2 blueberries on a skewer.
Dalgona Martini
- Add 1.5 oz Blithe Vodka, 1.5 oz Kahlúa, and 3 oz milk to a shaker with ice; shake and strain into a glass.
- Top with whipped dalgona (instant coffee, sugar, water) and garnish with coffee beans.
La Vodka-Rita
- Rim a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt or Tajín.
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz lime juice, and ½ oz orange juice to a shaker with ice; shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime.
The Country Club
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka, ¾ oz coffee-cacao acid, and ¾ oz simple syrup to a shaker with ice; shake and strain into a chilled glass.
- Finish with a pinch of sea salt; garnish with coffee beans or a lemon peel.
Pineapple Ginger Cooler
- Shake 2 oz Blithe Spirits Vodka, 3 oz pineapple juice, and ½ oz lime juice with ice, then strain into a glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with pineapple (optional: tiny paper umbrella).
All-Organic Everything
AKA THE GREEN FIZZ
- Muddle 3–4 cucumber slices, 4–6 basil leaves, ¾ oz lime juice, and ¾ oz agave (or cane) in a shaker.
- Add 2 oz Blithe Vodka and ice; shake about 10 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with 2–3 oz soda, and stir (optional: 2 dashes bitters).
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and basil sprig.
Electric Ocean Cooler
- Shake 1 oz Blithe Vodka, ½ oz peach schnapps, ½ oz Blue Curaçao, 2 oz apple juice, and 2 oz pineapple juice with ice
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice
- Top with 2 oz energy drink and stir gently to combine
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lemon wheeloes here
