Organic farming of sugar cane used in Blithe Spirits avoids synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, which helps protect soil life, reduces chemical runoff into rivers and groundwater, conserves water and supports biodiversity on and around farms.

HOT+DIRTY MARTINI — a perfect recipe to make right in your favorite bottle of vodka at home.
She’s hot, she’s dirty, she’s everything you want and ready to take ya home 😉🔥🍸
• pour 1 cup out of a 750ml bottle of vodka
• add ½ cup each of olive brine and dry vermouth
• add 1+ Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce
• throw it in the freezer or shake with iced then serve chilled

🍋 WARNING: making this dangerously smooth beverage is perfect for the next function and may lead to bad decisions + great stories!
• 1 can frozen limeade
• 12 oz vodka
• 6 cans beer
• mixed with iced in a pitcher
MATCHA VODKA SOUR
Matcha made us do it 🍵😏 vodka, citrus, and main character energy!
• Add 1 tsp matcha powder and ½ oz simple syrup to a shaker.
• Stir in a splash of warm water first so the matcha dissolves smoothly.
• Add 2 oz vodka, ¾ oz lime juice, and ice.
• Shake hard for about 10–15 seconds.
• Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
DALGONA MARTINI
Tired of the same ol’ played-out espresso martini?! Try this whipped coffee-topped martini that is sure to impress.
• 1.5 oz vodka
• 1.5 oz Kahlúa
• 3 oz milk
‍ ‍• shaken over ice; strain into a glass
• top with whipped dalgona (instant coffee, sugar, water)
• garnish with coffee beans
THE “BUNNY” MARY
Bloody tired of the same ol’ brunch drinks?! There’s something about this Mary you’ll find refreshing… 🥕
• 2 oz vodka
• 4 oz carrot juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz pickle juice
• 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash hot sauce
• served on ice with a pinch salt & pepper to taste
THE STEVE MARTINI
Get this martini in the mix — a little bit classy, a little bit wild, fully iconic. 🫐🍸
• Muddle the blueberries in a cocktail shaker to release their juices.
• Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice, then shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
• Double-strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh blueberries on a skewer.
THE PEPINO RICO
For a smoother sip as stunning as sunset, give this refreshingly simple cocktail a taste. 🌅🥒
• 3 oz vodka
• ½ oz cucumber water
• 1 cucumber slice
• Shaken or stirred — enjoyed in a rocks glass. (Preferably no muddling.)
THE COUNTRY CLUB

• 2 oz vodka
• ¾ oz coffee-cacao acid
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• serve chilled w/ pinch of sea salt, coffee beans or lemon peel
LA VODKA-RITA
🍋‍🟩 When life gives you limes, you turn them into this bad boy:
• Run the lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip in salt or Tajín.
• Add vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice.
• Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
• Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice; garnish with lime.
ALL ORGANIC EVERYTHING AKA The Green Fizz 🥒💚 Swap all them fake flavors for real herbs and organic vodka. (Sorry to the neon ‘tini you used to text at 2 AM.)
• Add 3–4 slices of organic cucumber and 4–6 fresh organic basil leaves to a shaker.
• Pour in 0.75 oz fresh organic lime juice and 0.5–0.75 oz organic agave nectar (or organic cane syrup). Gently muddle everything together until the cucumber and basil are fragrant, but stop before the herbs get shredded.
• Add 2 oz Blithe Spirits Vodka and a large scoop of ice to the shaker.
• Shake hard for about 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
• Fine‑strain into a highball or stemless wine glass filled with fresh ice so the drink stays smooth and free of herb bits.
• Top with 2–3 oz chilled organic sparkling water or club soda and give it a gentle stir to combine. If you’re using bitters, add 2 dashes over the top.
• Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon and a fresh basil sprig, then serve immediately.
